The Fire Path is a hands-on, walk-through cooking class where you go station by station through everything that makes an Argentine asado real — the fire, the cuts, the prep, and the cook. No lectures. No sitting still. You move through it, watch it happen in front of you, and eat as you go.
This isn’t the ticketed 9-course Experience — it’s bigger, more casual, and built for anyone curious about real Argentine fire cooking, whether you’ve never touched a parrilla or you already think you know your way around one.
HOW IT WORKS - 4 STATIONS:
01 · Fire
Start with the foundation. We’ll walk you through charcoal, wood, and how the coals get built before the meat ever touches the grill — the part most people skip and shouldn’t.
02 · The Cuts
We’ll break down the cuts you’re about to eat: classics form argentine asado. Where they come from, how they’re processed, and why the cut you pick changes everything.
03 · Preparation
Before anything hits the fire, it has to be prepped right — seasoning, salmuera (brine), and the technique behind each cut. This is where most home cooks go wrong, and where you’ll learn to get it right.
04 · The Cook
Everything comes together at the grill. Live fire, every cut, real technique — and tasting at every stop as it comes off the parrilla.
