Asado & Wine Experience was born on an August night in 2025, when Brian (Argentinian sommelier) invited his friend Jerry (Dutch, a restaurant industry entrepreneur in Miami) over to his home for an asado. Jerry had told him he had tried Argentine asado before.
Five hours later, at the end of the night—barely able to move after everything he had eaten and drunk—Jerry told Brian it had been incredible, unlike anything he had ever experienced, and that they had to do something

Brian replied that many people think they know what an Argentine asado is. But asado isn’t just about food. The most important part is the moment itself: friends, family, and even strangers coming together to share time, stories, great food, and wine. In the end, it’s not about the meat—it’s about the moment.
From that night on, they began shaping the best way to bring this experience to others without losing the soul of an authentic asado, just as it’s done in an Argentine backyard.
Just two months later, in late October 2025, they opened their doors to the public.
Today, Asado & Wine Experience recreates that same feeling—like being invited to the chef’s home—sharing a three-hour meal, learning about Argentine culture, leaving formalities behind, and enjoying the experience in your own way.
