Every Wednesday night, the chef puts down the set menu and picks up whatever caught his eye at the market.
Off the Cuff is Asado & Wine’s Wednesday experience — no fixed courses, no script. We select 4 to 6 cuts each week, and cooks them one by one over live fire.
The format is simple: We announce what’s coming off the parrilla next, and you decide if you want it. Each cut goes out in rounds — when it’s ready, it’s served.
Just fire, timing, and whatever the chef feels like cooking that night. It might be a slow-cooked vacío. A whole cuadril. A cut you’ve never heard of. The only way to know is to show up. Onecesito a month the menu changes. Every round is a decision. That’s the point.
Seating Information: Please note that our experience features primarily communal high-top tables, each accommodating up to 6 guests, designed to create a lively and social atmosphere.
For a more intimate setting, we offer a limited number of VIP low-top tables for 2 guests, located directly in front of the grill for a premium, front-row experience. VIP seating is available for an additional $15 per person and is offered upon arrival, based on availability.
Our team will be happy to check availability and accommodate your preference whenever possible.
